Refuge Freedom

Being a guest on a podcast makes me nervous. I worry about saying stupid things and inadequately conveying my thoughts. Am I boring? Am I rambling? Do I make sense?

I feel the fear . . . and do it anyway.

As my interview for "Refuge Freedom Stories" was about to begin, my heart was racing. What an unexpected treat to hear the host say, "I'm going to pray for us before we begin. I already prayed earlier, but let's pray together before starting."

Nothing compares to seeking first the King, right?

Within minutes, I felt at ease as I continually prayed, "Help me, Lord, to simply glorify You."
